The closing was pushed on more than one occasion due to no fault of the buyer, I.e. mortgage processor changed mid-stream, paperwork was not properly completed by processor. For a newbie in the business.......Talitha rocks! (I guess people still say that), you can't go wrong with having her in your corner. She helped me find a rental and throughout this time it was evident she's about her business and serious about her business. I can be extremely picky and totally sold on what I want no matter what the other options are.
